Government of Andhra Pradesh (AP) is conducting its Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET) 2014 for filling up 9061 posts of teachers in various departments of Andhra Pradesh. The eligible and interested candidates can apply for the recruitment on or before 14 January 2015.

Date of Exam (Second Grade Teacher): 09 May 2015
Date of Exam (Language Pandit & Physical Education Teacher): 10 May 2015
Date of Exam (School Assistant): 11 May 2015

Physical Education Teacher: 156 posts
Second Grade Teacher: 6244 posts


Educational Qualification

Must possess Intermediate Certificate issued by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or other equivalent certificates recognized by Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh. OR

Must possess Academic degrees of Universities recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC).

Age Limit

18-40 years
